Hi a lot went on at the beginning of the year to do with my ex and him being emotionally harmful to me making me feel so bad about myself . During this time no on earth was that supportive so I turned to something I wish I didn't . Anyway that's over now but while that was going on I started getting really bad anxiety and panic attacks which have carried on after , I hate it and the feeling of always being nervous but none of my friends seem to understand or just think I'm overreacting. I was wondering if you have any advice to help deal with it x
