We can’t be there in person to help and support you in a moment of crisis, but there are other options available to you if you can’t turn to someone you trust. By giving us your postcode (or one nearby to where you are right now) we can let you know about services in your area. Remember: this moment will pass; you won’t always feel the way you do right now.
I'm 15 years old and I've been self-harming for about 3 years and its all started when I lost my best friend to suicide. Ever since that day I have not had the best of times I've self harmed been in hospital a lot of the time to suicide attempts and I've not been eating properly. I got put into foster care when I was 14 and now I've only just came out and I've gone back home and I've stopped self harming and I've got people to help me. I've slowly started to eat again and things are going on the right path I guess. So I can say I'm a self harmer, however, I can said the I USED To be a self harmer.
