Why do I feel no pain when I cut myself. This only happens when I start to cry and feel like I want to die. Other than that I feel pain, and would stop. But when I breakdown, I cry, and I just go deeper and deeper. Why?

Your inability in feing pain may be caused of the many hormones and neurotransmitters that are floating your brain when you are in there situations feeling down or ver desperate. There are many people who generally feel pain but in self-harm almost feel nothing and thats why it gets deep even if they don’t want it to.
Sometimes the wounds stark to hurt very much a while after cutting cause your sense get back.

Maybe eating spicy things or taking ice on your arms will help you to get your sense back in that situation?
