How can i convince myself to eat when i emotionally don't want to?

Hi, thanks for getting in touch with SelfharmUK, eating is such an emotional subject and it is so hard to break that cycle, it can make us feel better than often other people realise. Could you try doing something else at those times you want to eat? Could you maybe find a hobby to do instead? I know it is really hard but if you find something else that makes you feel as good it can really help.
