Hi, I'm getting stressed and overwhelmed by studies, and one of the ways that helps me concentrate and stay focused is to pinch/ bite myself. Never so hard i've broken my skin or left any lasting marks. I know it may not be the healthiest coping mechanism, but if it doesn't cause lasting marks or damage is it really such a bad thing?
